Founded in 2018 by seasoned location manager, Alistair Finch, SceneScout is Vancouver's premier location scouting service. We are a team of passionate professionals dedicated to finding the perfect locations for your film, television, and photography projects. With years of experience navigating the diverse landscapes of British Columbia, we have the knowledge, connections, and expertise to bring your creative vision to life.

Our mission is to provide exceptional customer service, meticulous attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities of location scouting in Vancouver. Alistair Finch, the founder of SceneScout, spent over 15 years as a freelance location manager before founding the company. He holds a degree in Film Studies from the University of British Columbia and has worked on numerous high-profile productions, including "The Vancouver Project", "Emerald Coast", and several episodes of "North Cascades Mysteries". He is a member of the Location Managers Guild International and a passionate advocate for sustainable filming practices.
